Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Frisco, TX to manage onboarding and ensure credentialing for temporary healthcare professionals meets regulatory standards. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in credentialing or staffing operations, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in credentialing, onboarding, compliance, or staffing operations.
• Experience in high-volume administrative or compliance environments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to learn multiple systems including VMS and credentialing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the compliance onboarding process for all new healthcare contractors.
• Review, verify, and maintain credentialing documentation including background checks, drug screenings, immunization records, TB testing, and physicals.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all compliance requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled on time.
• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays to leadership.
• Monitor credential expirations during assignment periods and obtain updated records.
• Support internal performance goals by aligning with Joint Commission standards and Trio WFS benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate records within Trio WFS' Vendor Management System (VMS).
