Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to drive Net New ARR by translating regulatory and business challenges into Arctera-based technology solutions. You will lead discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and IT, and partner with Sales and Solutions Architects to deliver compelling demonstrations and tailored POCs across Americas and international markets.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance tech, or customer-facing tech roles.
Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications surveillance, information governance, or eDiscovery.
Strong understanding of financial-services compliance use cases and investigations.
Experience translating regulatory and business challenges into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Support Net New customer acquisition across Americas and International markets with Sales and Solutions Architects.
Bring Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech domain expertise into customer conversations.
Conduct discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Surveillance, Information Governance, and Tech stakeholders.
Translate requirements into Arctera use cases and solution narratives with measurable value.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows and regulatory needs.
Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
Partner with Solutions Architects on complex opportunities and address objections.
