Job summary

Bridge is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for Compliance to scale global programs with strong controls. You will own the core compliance platform and unified API, collaborating with engineering, data, and operations to design fast, safe, and scalable solutions.

In this role, you’ll drive cross-functional initiatives across geographies and partners, shaping product strategy, metrics, and governance while maintaining high standards for accuracy and frictionless user experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management for large-scale, complex platform products.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 cross-functional initiatives that require organizational change.
• Strong API design and data modeling knowledge.
• Data-driven product management with metrics on operational efficiency, platform health, and system accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the core compliance control plane by defining and delivering the unified API and self-service platform for scalable compliance programs.
• Lead strategic shifts to enable non-engineering teams to autonomously manage global compliance programs with guardrails.
• Ensure architecture and data models are accurate and extensible to enable platform automation across workflows.
