Block, Inc. is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to drive a strong compliance posture across Square's Core and Audiences product suites. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Legal to define launch requirements, identify controls, and provide ongoing support through the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes translating complex regulations into actionable controls, maintaining risk inventories, and leading audits and regulatory responses in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• 8+ years in the compliance industry, with payments/merchant acquiring or commerce platform exposure.
• Strong knowledge of AML/BSA, Payment Card and Network rules, Privacy, and consumer regulations.
• Experience as an embedded compliance partner to Product and Engineering teams in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the embedded compliance advisor for Core and Audiences product teams.
• Lead product compliance reviews for new launches and changes with remediation plans.
• Own and maintain the compliance risk and control inventory for product areas.
• Drive compliance program activities: issues management, testing, monitoring, and procedures development.
• Support regulatory examinations and audits by coordinating responses and collecting evidence.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact to product portfolio.
• Translate legal/regulatory requirements into practical, documented controls.
• Develop and report on compliance metrics for product areas.
