Fastly in San Francisco is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Compliance to define and drive platform-wide controls, residency rules, and attestations.

You will translate regulations into product requirements, collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and go-to-market, and own governance across the control plane.

The role reports to the Director of Core Infrastructure Product Management and requires 8+ years in product management and regulatory fluency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership, ideally on infrastructure, platform, or security products.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete product capabilities.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking.
• Experience defining platform-wide governance and control surfaces.

Responsabilités

• Own compliance as a platform capability and define the strategy and roadmap.
• Define residency and sovereignty requirements and ensure consistent standards.
• Build evidence and attestation surfaces to satisfy auditors and regulators.
• Define governance in the control plane and ensure verifiable configurations.
• Track regulatory shifts and translate them into product requirements.
• Align engineering, security, legal, and GTM teams to customer outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and partners.
