Job summary

Frame is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Risk Platform to join our Product team in Los Angeles. You will own the roadmap for fraud, credit risk, and compliance systems, and build internal tooling to support risk analysts while scaling transaction monitoring and risk scoring.

You will partner with Engineering, Risk Operations, Compliance, and external partners to translate operational needs into scalable systems, reducing manual work through automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or a fast-paced startup.
• Experience building platform infrastructure or internal tools.
• Familiarity with payments systems including ACH and card networks; ability to work with engineering on complex systems.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, break down problems, and collaborate across functions.
• Note: AI tools may be used to assist recruitment but do not replace human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the risk platform roadmap across fraud, credit risk, and compliance systems.
• Build internal risk operations tooling, including investigation workflows, case management, and audit logs.
• Design and scale transaction monitoring and risk scoring systems.
• Develop credit exposure and payout guardrails, geo-compliance, and merchant risk controls.
• Identify manual workflows and drive automation of repeatable risk decisions.
