Job summary

Bridge is hiring a Security Analyst / Program Manager to build and scale its security governance, risk, and compliance programs from the ground up, leveraging the infrastructure, practices, and tooling of one of the most mature security orgs in the industry.

You will identify critical risks, align with engineering, product, and legal teams, and drive remediation projects to completion while ensuring compliance as Bridge expands into regulated markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Security GRC, ideally in startups.
• Startup mindset: scrappy, pragmatic, fast-moving.
• Familiar with NIST CSF, OCC/FFIEC frameworks or equivalents.
• Proven experience with regulatory audits across global security domains.

Responsibilities

• Identify and tackle Bridge's key security risks.
• Adopt Stripe's programs and tailor when needed.
• Reinforce secure development and infrastructure practices.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness as we scale into regulated markets.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to move fast safely.
