Job summary

FMG Suite in Utah is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the compliance platform that serves thousands of financial advisors and institutions. You will own the roadmap, balance strategy with execution, and drive cross‑functional delivery with engineering, GTM, and Legal.

You will prototype with AI tools, design external APIs for partners, and shape a platform‑level product that supports regulatory obligations while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management within fintech/wealthtech/regtech or compliance-adjacent areas.
• Direct experience applying financial services regulatory frameworks (SEC/FINRA) to product decisions.
• Track record owning both strategy and hands-on delivery without a PO/delivery PM.
• Experience designing or launching API/SDK/platform products for external partners.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to build prototypes/MVPs.
• Comfort working in an AI-native SDLC alongside engineers.
• Strong written communication that drives decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance product roadmap, prioritizing work and managing the product as a business.
• Design and launch FMG's external-facing compliance capability (API, SDK, or embedded widget).
• Engage with enterprise and ecosystem partners to enable product live- onboarding and integration.
• Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, GTM, and Compliance leadership; build real buy-in.
• Validate market demand through customer discovery, competitive analysis, and business case development.
