Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Product Manager at the Associate level to guide Compliance Engineering products through research, design, scoping, delivery, and post‑launch monitoring. You will partner with global teams to create end‑to‑end solutions for risk assessment tools, investigative UX, regulatory change workflows, and automated compliance processes.

You will design product roadmaps, lead stakeholder discussions, and translate business needs into actionable user stories for delivery teams,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product management or a related field.
3–5 years of product management experience with end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
Knowledge of financial markets, compliance, risk functions, or related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and road map aligned with Compliance Engineering objectives.
Conduct user research including assessments, shadowing and requirements gathering.
Translate requirements into user stories for development teams.
Manage sprint execution and product launches; communicate progress to stakeholders.
Prioritize requests from stakeholders and maintain product backlog.
Approve functional delivery before production release.
Analyze impact across integrated applications and monitor post-launch usage.
