Systemone is seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve the compliance framework for a developer platform operating in a cloud-native, security-conscious environment. This role bridges platform engineering and governance, translating complex requirements into actionable delivery plans.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Risk, and Compliance to align on requirements, drive governance playbooks, monitor risks and remediation, and continuously

Qualifications

7+ years in product or project management, governance, or platform engineering.
Experience with Developer Platforms, DevSecOps, or cloud-native initiatives.
Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and governance controls.
Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into delivery plans.
Cross-functional leadership across Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Risk, and Compliance.
Excellent program management, documentation, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Translate security, compliance and engineering standards into clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
Partner with Platform Engineering, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Risk and Compliance to align on requirements and dependencies.
Create and maintain playbooks, onboarding guides, operating procedures, and compliance docs to align teams with standards.
Monitor compliance, adoption, risks and control gaps; report findings and remediation progress to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of the governance framework based on audits and evolving requirements.
