STI in Doral, FL seeks a Compliance Officer for a short-term assignment to handle complaint investigations and ensure regulatory alignment. You will engage with constituents, review Florida statutes, and coordinate case actions to protect consumer interests.

The role requires clear verbal and written communication, good organizational skills, and timely documentation in Versa and OnBase. This position is office-based in a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
• Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.
• Advise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
• Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.
• Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
• Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
• Document the actions in the OnBase system.
