Job summary

Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to support critical elements of the compliance testing program. You will administer testing, perform reviews for federal and state regulations, identify gaps, and collaborate with Legal, Operations, Product, Engineering and senior management to resolve issues and strengthen the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends affecting our business.
• Experience in end-to-end compliance testing activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, thorough, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to the program and federal/state rules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product and others.
• Support a fast-paced business with tight deadlines, delivering thorough work.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate the compliance risk assessment and control inventory.
• Serve as an expert on regulatory compliance for new or revised products and services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes.
