Job summary

Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to drive its Compliance Testing Program, performing reviews to ensure federal and state regulatory adherence and addressing gaps with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and financial services.
• Experience performing end-to-end compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Product across departments.
• Support a fast-paced business with tight deadlines while delivering thorough work.
• Identify improvements to current processes or propose new controls.
• Coordinate the execution of the compliance risk assessment and control inventory.
• Serve as an expert in regulatory compliance for new or revised products and services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to the Testing Program.
