Affim is a remote-first company seeking a Compliance Lead to support the Compliance Testing Program. You will perform ongoing testing, identify gaps, and collaborate with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and enhance our compliance posture.

The role requires 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication. Flexible, remote-friendly environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends affecting Affim.
• Experience in end-to-end compliance testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to the program and regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product and other departments.
• Support a fast-paced business with tight deadlines while delivering thorough work.
• Propose improvements to strengthen internal controls and processes.
• Coordinate the risk assessment and control inventory, documenting results.
• Serve as an expert on regulatory compliance for new or revised products/services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to the Testing Program.
