Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation matters from case inception through trial, settlement or other resolution.
  • Prepare, organize and maintain pleadings, motions, discovery, exhibits and other litigation documents.
  • Coordinate discovery and assist with document collection, review and production.
  • Support attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations and trial preparation.
  • Assist with eDiscovery and electronically stored information (ESI) workflows.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic case files.
  • Monitor litigation deadlines, court dates and case calendars.
  • Prepare deposition materials, witness files, exhibits, chronologies and trial materials.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, witnesses, vendors, courts and other professionals.
  • Assist with electronic court filings and other litigation-related filings.
  • Track case activity and billable time.Provide high-level substantive and administrative support to attorneys.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive client and case information.

An established and highly regarded South Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Paralegal to join its West Palm Beach office and support attorneys handling sophisticated litigation and dispute-resolution matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal who enjoys substantive casework, takes ownership of deadlines and case management, and wants meaningful exposure to complex litigation from inception through trial or resolution.

What You'll Do:
