Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support in complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
• Manage large-scale discovery, including document review, production, and e-discovery coordination
• Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation (exhibits, witness binders, chronologies)
• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines; ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
• Perform legal research and factual investigation as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal handling complex commercial litigation matters
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
• Experience with e-filing systems and litigation support software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
