Responsibilities

• Support litigation matters throughout the full case lifecycle, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, deposition materials, witness files, trial notebooks, and hearing binders.
• Coordinate document collection, production, and review efforts.
• Assist with preparation for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Attend proceedings and provide in-person litigation and trial support as needed.
• Draft routine correspondence, subpoenas, notices, and other case-related documents.
• Conduct factual and public records research and assist with investigation efforts.
• Maintain case files, manage deadlines, and support docketing and e-filing processes.
• Coordinate with attorneys, experts, vendors, litigation support professionals, and administrative teams.
• Utilize litigation technology and case management tools to support case organization and trial preparation.

This role offers substantial involvement in case strategy, trial preparation, discovery, and courtroom support.
