Palm Beach Gardens Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Palm Beach Gardens team. The ideal candidate will independently handle a busy caseload and assist attorneys through all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.

Primary duties include drafting pleadings and discovery, coordinating court deadlines, organizing case files, and assisting with depositions and trials.

Formación

• 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Independently manage a meaningful caseload from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, timelines, and court processes.
• Experience drafting litigation-related documents and coordinating discovery activities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely progression of assigned matters.

A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Palm Beach Gardens team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of litigation matters from inception through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, the ability to independently manage an active caseload, and a proven track record of supporting attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files through all stages of the case lifecycle
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
• Coordinate and track court deadlines, filings, and case-related activities
• Organize and maintain case files, records, exhibits, and supporting documentation
• Assist with deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex or document-intensive litigation matters
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training

Work Location:

This position is 100% onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Remote, hybrid, and relocation assistance are not available for this role.
