Qualifications

• Excellent writing demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.

• Ability to analyze complex legal issues (contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, admiralty).
• Clerkship experience, especially at appellate level, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join our complex litigation group handling high-stakes, national and international matters with emphasis on product liability and aviation/transportation.
• Defend clients through all stages of litigation from discovery to trial and post-trial matters.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop strategy and manage matters for blue-chip clients.
