Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks a mid-level associate (4-6 years) to join its complex litigation group, handling high-stakes matters in aviation and transportation sectors across US offices. Strong writing, litigation experience, and academic credentials are required. Clerkship experience, especially appellate, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Commitment to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues (contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, admiralty).
• Clerkship experience, especially at appellate level, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Join our complex litigation group handling high-stakes, national and international matters with emphasis on product liability and aviation/transportation.
• Defend clients through all stages of litigation from discovery to trial and post-trial matters.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop strategy and manage matters for blue-chip clients.
