Qualifications

• 1. Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
• 2. Experience with all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• 3. Superior academic credentials.
• 4. Commitment to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• 5. Ability to analyze complex legal issues (contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, admiralty).
• 6. Clerkship experience, especially appellate level, strongly preferred.
