Qualifications

• Excellent writing demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation: discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials throughout legal training.
• Commitment to excellent client service and a client-focused practice.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues including contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty matters.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, preferred.
