Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years) to join our complex litigation group, defending clients in high-stakes matters with national and international significance, including aviation and transportation sectors.

The candidate will work across offices on all stages of litigation, from pre-trial discovery to trial, and must demonstrate superb writing, analytical skills, and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
• Experience with all stages of litigation: discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Commitment to excellent client service and client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues: contracts, jurisdiction, choice-of-law, admiralty.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
