Ideal candidates have strong writing, experience across all litigation stages, superior academics, and a client-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience as a mid-level associate in complex litigation.
• Experience handling all stages of litigation from discovery to trial.
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing ability.
• Commitment to excellent client service and client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze complex contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and related issues.
• Clerkship experience, especially appellate, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes complex litigation across aviation and transportation matters.
• Manage all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, and expert work.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and experts to build and execute trial strategies.
• Provide clear, thorough writing and opinions for memos, briefs, and rulings.
