Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
• Active FINRA licenses/registrations listed in job description.
• 7–10 years of relevant leadership experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for own branch and branches within complex.
• Lead branch and associate managers, advisors, and coordinate with operations staff.
• Implement strategies and playbooks to drive results and growth.
• Recruit high-quality experienced and novice advisors; oversee onboarding and ramp-up.
• Drive profitable organic growth and ensure client experience standards.
