Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a Complex Director to drive profitable multi-office growth across a defined geography by creating a compelling business plan emphasizing profitable growth through effective management of P&L, advisor and client acquisition, retention, tenure, and productivity.

The Complex Director will lead branch and associate managers, collaborate with operations staff, recruit high-quality experienced and novice advisors, and optimize resources across the complex to deliver superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in P&L management and branch leadership.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 or S9/10.
• Active securities registrations (S63/S66) and IAR (S65/S66).
• Life and variable contracts licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and branch managers to drive growth and profitability.
• Recruit high-quality advisors and manage onboarding and ramp-up.
• Monitor performance, conduct periodic business reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen client experience and brand standards across the complex.
