• Active FINRA Series 7, Series 24, S9/10, S63/S66, S65/S66, Life and Variable Contracts licenses.

• Accountable for own branch and branches within complex.
• Lead branch and associate managers, advisors, and partner with operations staff to support the complex.
• Lead from the front with strategies and leadership competencies to drive results.
• Develop and execute performance improvement plans.
• Implement national recruiting strategy and recruit high quality advisors.
