Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC seeks a Complex Director to drive profitable multi-office growth across a defined geography by leading branch and associate managers, advisors, and strong partnerships with operations across the complex.

You will develop business plans, execute recruiting, onboarding and ramp-up plans, and ensure exceptional client experience while upholding brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 7–10 years of relevant financial services leadership experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 or S9/10, as well as S63/S66 and S65/S66; Life and Variable contracts licenses are required.
• Strong leadership, P&L management and recruitment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch and associate managers, advisors, and operations partners across the complex.
• Drive revenue and asset growth through effective strategy, advisor acquisition, retention and productivity.
• Implement national recruiting strategies and onboarding plans for new advisors.
• Ensure brand standards, client service quality and risk management across the complex.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews to leadership and staff.
• Maintain a compliant organization and strong culture of integrity.
