Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Complex Director to drive profitable multi-office growth within a defined complex geography. You will manage P&L, execute growth strategies, recruit advisors, and develop branch leaders while ensuring compliance and an exceptional client experience.

You will lead a team of branch and associate managers, collaborating with operations to optimize resources and deliver Ameriprise Client Experience goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7.
• Active FINRA Series 24 or S9/10.
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66).
• Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66).
• Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and branch teams, driving profitable multi-office growth.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for advisors and staff.
• Coach and mentor branch managers and advisors to improve performance.
• Ensure client focus, integrity, and compliance across the complex.
• Collaborate with operations and other resources to optimize resources.
