Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Complex Director to drive profitable multi-office growth across a defined geography. You will manage P&L, implement strategy, recruit and develop branch leaders, and optimize resources with a focus on client satisfaction and risk management.

The role requires 7-10 years of leadership experience, FINRA licensure, and a strong track record in financial services. In-office collaboration is expected, with some schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years)
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Active FINRA Series 7
• Active FINRA Series 24, or S9/10
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66)
• Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66)
• Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses
• Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and branches with a focus on profitable growth and client outcomes.
• Develop and execute branch performance plans, coaching, and talent development.
• Drive national recruiting strategies and oversee onboarding and ramp-up plans.
• Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
• Execute quarterly business reviews with leadership and provide regular performance feedback.
• Collaborate with operations and other resources to optimize complex resources.
