Job summary

Threadneedle group seeks a Complex Director to drive profitable multi-office growth within a defined geography, managing P&L, recruiting, onboarding, and advisor development. You will lead branch managers, coordinate with operations, and execute playbooks to deliver strong results while maintaining client focus and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years of leadership experience, FINRA licenses, and a track record of driving growth across complex networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years).
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active FINRA Series 24 license (or S9/10).
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66).
• Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66).
• Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex with accountability for branch and complex performance.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies with branch managers.
• Drive revenue, asset growth and client experience within the complex.
• Monitor metrics, coach managers and advisors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity and client-focused service.
