Ameriprise Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one or more Ameriprise-owned branch offices in developing local growth strategies, coaching advisors, and recruiting top talent. You will drive profitability by expanding client bases, managing onboarding, and maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active FINRA Series 24, or 9/10, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State Securities registrations (S63/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active Life/Health license or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Demonstrated sales success and leadership to drive growth.
• P&L management and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement national recruiting strategy and recruit high-quality experienced advisors.
• Lead with integrity and develop a strong local culture.
• Onboard and ramp up new advisors and external practices.
• Drive growth through coaching and client acquisition strategies.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and risk controls.
• Develop the branch value proposition and articulate to candidates.
• Supervise frontline sales activities aligned with client objectives.
