Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. is seeking a Loan Operations Consumer Document Review Representative 1 to join the Loan Operations Department.

You will review loan and collateral documentation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper onboarding into Jack Henry & Associates Xperience. You will verify loan data, identify and resolve document exceptions, process onboarding tasks, and support collateral management while maintaining adherence to policies and controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidate with at least one year banking experience.
• Knowledge of lending products and services; onboarding loans in applicable portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and issue exceptions for errors in calculations and missing documents.
• Enter new/updated data for renewals and modifications into the core system.
• Process cross-applications to move funds to the general ledger during onboarding.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and internal controls.
• Submit and track electronic lien filings and UCC filings.
• Assist in loan onboarding and collateral management processes.
