Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to influence others and build relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Licenses: Series 7, 8 (or 9/10) and 66 (or 63/65) and Insurance for each state in complex

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple branches and own hiring/training processes
• Manage Complex Operations Team and ensure compliance with policies
• Assess risk for daily sales activities and resolve issues
• Oversee onboarding of new advisors and training on policies
• Serve as contact for Business Supervision, Compliance, Surveillance, and Legal
• Partner with Complex Director to develop and manage the budget
