Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Lancaster, PA seeks a Branch Service Manager to be a player-coach between branch operations and Complex management. You will model a positive culture and drive efficiency while supporting financial advisors, clients and the team.

In this role you will supervise onboarding, training and day-to-day operations, ensure policy updates are communicated, and assist clients with transfers, trades and account questions. Full-time salaried position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or job related experience.
• 3+ years of financial services experience with a solid knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) or the ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can make the branch more efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations to keep branch running smoothly, including onboarding, training and motivating branch staff, providing work direction, and resolving issues.
• Ensure the effective communication of policy and procedural changes and other issues that impact the branch employees.
• Onboard new accounts, record securities and coupons, and ensure they are credited and transmitted following procedures.
• Oversee cage activities to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and facilitate transfers, trades, and checks.
