Job summary

RBC Wealth Management is seeking a Branch Service Manager in Denver to lead daily branch operations and coach staff. This role serves as the primary liaison between the branch and the Complex management team on operational matters.

You will oversee onboarding, account maintenance, and client service activities while driving efficiency and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Attention to detail and ways to improve branch efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding, training, and motivating staff; resolve issues or escalate to Complex management.
• Communicate policy and procedural changes affecting branch employees.
• Onboard new accounts, record securities, and ensure proper transmission to main office.
• Oversee cage activities to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, answer account questions, and process transfers, wires, checks and ACHs.
