Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in San Francisco seeks a Complex Assistant Manager to lead a multi-branch team, partner with Recruiting on staffing, and coach performance while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with Compliance, Surveillance, and Legal, and support onboarding of new advisors with RBC policies.

Responsibilities include managing operations, preparing for inspections, and assisting the Complex Director in budgeting to meet expected results, while fostering a collaborative

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Licenses: Series 7, 8 (or 9/10) and 66 (or 63/65) and Insurance licenses for each state in complex.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple branches.
• Partner with recruiting in staffing, owning hiring and training.
• Coach staff and drive performance using available tools.
• Manage Complex Operations Team and ensure policy adherence.
• Prepare for compliance inspections and address gaps.
• Oversee onboarding of new advisors and training on RBC policies.
• Coordinate with departments including Compliance, Surveillance, Legal.
• Assist Complex Director with budget development and management.
