Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Westlake, Ohio is seeking a Branch Service Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations and act as a liaison between branch staff and the Complex management team. The role emphasizes building a positive work environment and coaching a high-performing team.

You will onboard new accounts, ensure accurate record-keeping of securities, and transmit information to the Complex main office while maintaining adherence to RBC procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or job related experience.
• 3+ years of financial services experience with a solid knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) or the ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding, training, and motivating staff; provide work direction and escalate issues to Complex management as needed.
• Communicate policy and procedural changes that impact branch employees and operations.
• Onboard new accounts; record and credit securities and coupons; transmit to Complex main office following procedures.
• Oversee cage activities to ensure timely processing of transactions.
