Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC is seeking a Branch Service Manager to act as a player-coach between the Complex management team and the Denver branch. You will oversee staff, onboarding, and daily operations to keep the branch running smoothly while modeling a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include implementing policy changes, handling client inquiries, and ensuring timely processing of securities transfers and trades, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Attention to detail with mindset to improve branch efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience is nice to have; supervisory experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations, onboard and train staff, and resolve staff issues with escalation as needed.
• Communicate policy and procedural changes to branch employees and management.
• Onboard new accounts, record securities and coupons, and ensure accurate transfers to the Complex office.
• Oversee cage activities to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Build and maintain client relationships, assist with account questions, and process transfers, trades, checks, wires and ACHs promptly.
