Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Westlake, OH, is seeking a Branch Service Manager to lead branch operations and coach staff. You will supervise onboarding, training, and daily activities, ensuring policy adherence and efficient service delivery for clients and advisors.

The role focuses on building client relationships, processing transfers and trades, and maintaining a productive team culture. Strong regulatory knowledge and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or job-related experience.
• 3+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) or the ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Attention to detail with a focus on improving branch efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding, training, and motivating staff, provide work direction, and escalate issues to Complex management as needed.
• Communicate policy and procedural changes effectively to branch employees.
• Onboard new accounts, record securities and coupons, and ensure timely processing with the Complex main office and Minneapolis.
• Oversee cage activities to ensure timely transaction processing.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, answer account questions, facilitate transfers, complete trades, and process checks, wires, and ACHs promptly.
