What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production, ensuring adherence to milestones
- Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions to educate clients on survey methodology
- Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance participation and retention rates
- Analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports using software tools
- Deliver timely reports to clients and present results in various settings, including webinars
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
- Corporate experience, including internships or part-time positions; a background in Human Resources is an asset
- Proven analytical skills, detail orientation, and project management capabilities
- Strong oral, written, and public speaking communication skills
- Availability to travel for survey meetings a few times a year
