What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones
- Conduct internal and client-facing survey planning meetings to discuss changes for upcoming surveys
- Develop and maintain client relationships to promote higher participation and retention rates
- Analyze survey data for accuracy and generate summary tables for reports
- Deliver reports to clients and present results in various settings, including webinars

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in compensation surveys and knowledge of the field
- Some corporate experience, such as internships or part-time positions; a background in Human Resources is an asset
- Proven analytical skills and detail orientation with strong communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating project management skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in utilizing databases
