What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones
  • Conduct internal and client-facing survey planning meetings to discuss changes for upcoming surveys
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to promote higher participation and retention rates
  • Analyze survey data for accuracy and generate summary tables for reports
  • Deliver reports to clients and present results in various settings, including webinars

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation surveys and knowledge of the field
  • Some corporate experience, such as internships or part-time positions; a background in Human Resources is an asset
  • Proven analytical skills and detail orientation with strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating project management skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in utilizing databases
