What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones
- Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions to educate clients on survey methodology and design
- Develop and maintain client relationships to promote higher participation and retention rates
- Analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports using software tools
- Deliver reports to clients in a timely manner and present results in various settings, including webinars
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
- Some corporate experience, such as internships or part-time positions, with a background in Human Resources being an asset
- Proven analytical skills, strong communication skills, and detail orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with project management skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in utilizing databases
