Description
The Role
  1. Manage the compensation survey cycle for multiple surveys from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones.
  2. Participate/lead client marketing webcasts, conduct job matching sessions in person or via webcast to educate clients/prospects on survey methodology and design.
  3. Conduct internal and client-facing survey planning meetings to discuss and agree upon changes to surveys for the upcoming year.
  4. Work with clients and internal colleagues to review compensation survey participation materials, including checking technology tools and data submission materials for accuracy to launch surveys according to milestone date requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain client relationships to promote higher participation, retention, and sales rates.
  6. Collect and review survey data on an individual company basis as well as in aggregate for accuracy.
  7. Interact with clients via phone and email daily regarding position matching, data review questions, data analytics, and other services or products.
  8. Train seasonal employees on how to review and check survey data.
  9. Ensure adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publication.
  10. Use software tools to analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports.
  11. Deliver reports to clients on a timely basis and present results to clients in 1:1 or group settings, in person or via webinar.
  12. Conduct custom analyses (e.g., peer groups, custom formatting, market assessments) upon request of internal and external clients.
  13. Some light travel may be required.
  14. Assist other team members with their survey responsibilities when needed.
  15. Be willing to take on additional ad-hoc survey requests, consultant requests, or custom survey proposals as required.

Qualifications
The Requirements
  1. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge.
  2. The qualified candidate will have some corporate experience (internships, part-time positions, or other education and related experience acceptable); Human Resources background would be an asset.
  3. Proven analytical skills, good communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills, and PC expertise utilizing a database.
  4. Committed to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards.
  5. Team player; ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  6. Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success.
  7. Strong oral, written, and public speaking skills.
  8. Organized; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way.
  9. Time management skills to manage workflow and meet client demands and milestones.
  10. Availability to travel to survey meetings a few times a year.
  11. Strong computer skills.

This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until an appropriate candidate is identified.

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range and benefits are included in accordance with state/local pay transparency legislation. Salaries may vary based on location, competencies, education, experience, performance, and revenue potential.

Compensation

The offered base salary range is $70,000-$82,000 USD per year. The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
