What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production, adhering to established milestones
- Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions to educate clients on survey methodology and design
- Collect and review survey data for accuracy and deliver timely reports to clients
- Train seasonal employees on data review and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Assist team members with survey responsibilities and take on ad-hoc requests as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
- Some corporate experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Proven analytical skills and proficiency in project management and database utilization
- Strong oral, written, and public speaking communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow effectively to meet client demands and milestones
