Eide Bailly LLP seeks a Compensation Manager to lead compensation strategy, market benchmarking, pay structure development and annual pay cycles. You’ll advise firm leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition while developing the compensation team.

Remote role with U.S. locations eligible. You’ll analyze data, develop ranges and guidelines across functions and geographies, ensure compliance, and drive total rewards decisions with analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation or related HR experience including market benchmarking and pay programs.
• Experience leading compensation processes, projects, or staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation programs, policies, practices, and tools.
• Oversee annual and exception compensation, promotions, and bonuses.
• Develop ranges, structures, and guidelines across positions and locations.
• Consult with leaders on hiring ranges, adjustments, and retention.
