Job summary

SWBC is seeking a compensation professional to administer the design, development, and implementation of compensation programs, policies, processes, and guidelines. You will conduct industry analysis and provide salary and pay grade recommendations, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will collaborate with managers and recruiters to develop job descriptions for new and existing positions, participate in market benchmarking, and support incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field; preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in compensation development, implementation, or administration.
• Knowledge of FLSA and state/federal pay regulations.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM; ability to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Conducts job analysis interviews to create compliant job descriptions.
• Evaluates positions using market data to establish pay ranges.
• Benchmarks jobs against surveys and market data for equity and competitiveness.
• Assists with incentive programs and annual compensation surveys.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
