Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or relevant field.
• 5+ years professional level broad compensation experience.
• Strong Excel skills; analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the broader picture.
• Excellent written and oral communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and communicate Bank’s performance and compensation activities.
• Conduct compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, and retention.
• Participate in salary benchmark surveys and market analyses with recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Compensation and HR partners on programs.
• Continuously improve compensation processes, systems, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
