Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs and payroll operations across multiple locations. You will analyze data and market trends to ensure competitive pay, assist with job evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders, you will maintain HRIS data, generate dashboards, and support year-end payroll activities. A four-year degree and 2–5 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • Requires a four-year degree or equivalent in HR, business, finance or related field.
  • 2–5 years in compensation analysis, payroll, HR analytics or related role.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
  • Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing preferred.
  • Certifications: CCP, FPC, CPP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Compensation Administration: analyze data, benchmark, evaluate salaries, support merit processes.
  • Payroll Administration: process payroll, verify transactions, ensure compliance.
  • Reporting & Compliance: generate reports, monitor laws, support audits.
  • Process Improvement: identify improvements, support HRIS/payroll upgrades.
  • Collaboration: partner with HRBPs and managers on recommendations.
