You will analyze compensation data, participate in salary surveys, maintain HRIS data, ensure compliance with wage laws, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align pay practices with organizational goals.

Formación

• Requires a four-year degree in HR, finance, or related field.
• Experience in compensation analysis and payroll administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Certifications such as CCP, FPC, CPP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze compensation data and market trends to support pay practices.
• Participate in salary surveys and benchmark positions against market data.
• Assist with job evaluations, grading, and salary structure administration.
• Support annual compensation processes, including merit increases and promotions.
• Conduct pay equity analyses and support compliance initiatives.
• Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Maintain data in HRIS and coordinate with HR business partners.
• Process payroll accurately and reconcile payroll records.
