Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in HR, finance, or related field.
• Experience in compensation analysis and payroll administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Certifications such as CCP, FPC, CPP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data and market trends to support pay practices.
• Participate in salary surveys and benchmark positions against market data.
• Assist with job evaluations, grading, and salary structure administration.
• Support annual compensation processes, including merit increases and promotions.
• Conduct pay equity analyses and support compliance initiatives.
• Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Maintain data in HRIS and coordinate with HR business partners.
• Process payroll accurately and reconcile payroll records.
